Morning Meditation at Sky Tea with Ani Lodro Palmo

Is it possible to enter into lasting bliss and happiness in the midst of life's demands and expectations? This, and other heart-inspired questions are addressed by Ani Lodro Palmo, Director of Vajra Vidya Monastery in Crestone, Colorado, in a series of talks entitled, "What is Awakening: The Pursuit of Happiness and End of Personal Suffering."

Ani Lodro Palmo is a Tibetan Buddhist Nun and Spiritual Friend to those who seek happiness and an end to life's seeming endless suffering. She ha dedicated her life in service to others' growth and awakening. The focus of Ani's teachings is to uncover the layers of our human condition to expose something more fundamental and intimate - an exploration of transformation through understanding and becoming masters of our own mind, which carries us into an understanding of Love for ourselves and others.

Join us January 27th and 28th at at Sky Tea (aka Drip Denver) for a morning group meditation followed by a Q&A. Admission is free. Donations are welcome.
